Business changes, and your plan should change with it. Upgrading unlocks higher site, traffic and bandwidth quotas; renewing keeps service uninterrupted. Both take just a few steps in the console.
When to upgrade
When you regularly hit the monthly traffic or bandwidth cap, or run out of sites or forwards, that's the signal to upgrade. The accumulated cost of continual overages is often higher than the fixed fee of moving up a tier.
How to upgrade
Choose a higher tier on the "Plan" or pricing page, confirm the difference in quota and price, and complete the upgrade. Upgrades usually take effect immediately, the new allowance is available at once, and running sites and forwards are unaffected.
Renewal and expiry
- Before your plan expires, the console reminds you to renew — handle it promptly to avoid interruption.
- Renewing extends the current plan's validity, with configuration and data unchanged.
- If it expires without renewal, related acceleration and protection may pause, so watch for reminders.
